Refunds and Returns Policy

We take our product quality, duration of delivery and after sales service very seriously as it is the backbone of our company. In the event of any products defects either caused by delivery or from our side, we gladly honor full refund to you (except for shipping cost).

In normal circumstances, we would require the following in order to meet our refund/return policy:

1. Product received in damaged/faulty condition. 
2. The product package should be in original package, unopened & sealed. We do not accept if the seals have been tempered
3. Due to contamination safety & health regulations, we cannot accept if package has been opened or contacted with skin. 
4. Promotional/discounted items are not refundable.
5. Buyer is required to pay for his/her own shipping fee upon return. 
6. Our refund only covers the product price. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
